Renee's hands on experience with running family businesses in the hospitality industry began at a very young age, from customer service through to General Manager. During her University days, she worked at IBM Global Services in Human Resources, Dispute Resolution and Business Analysis and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Audit, Assurance and Business Advisory Services.
She became the Vice President of Commercial Operations for an internet start-up in 1999, seeing the company through a back-door listing on the Australian Stock Exchange and beyond, responsible for Human Resources, Strategic Relationship Development, Finance, Operations, Logistics and Strategy.
Renée founded her own business consulting and coaching business in 2001. Her business consulting experience ranges from an ASX listed mining company to a UK based franchise company.
As a life coach and business coach she has had the opportunity to facilitate outstanding change from curing stutters and phobias and eliminating depression to finding balance in the life of a successful entrepreneur. She is inspired by entrepreneurs and passionate about ensuring their businesses are aligned with their purpose and their dreams become a reality. Renée has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Modern Languages (Indonesian) from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She is also an NLP Practioner and results coach.
