I am a chartered psychologist, psychotherapist, life coach, personal development trainer and motivational speaker. I previously enjoyed a successful career as a general manager, project manager and change manager for major international corporations. I became involved in the personal change industry nearly 20 years ago when a transformational experience in my own life led to a desire to help others experience similar changes in their lives.
I have been coaching others since before life coaching became a profession. I offer both one-to-one work and seminars. The seminars I offer are called "The Power to Choose" and are taught mainly in Central Lonon. I also offer training to companies and other employing organisations.
As a psychotherapist, I focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), supported by NLP, hypnotherapy and psychodynamic therapy where needed. I am able to combine my skills and experience as a psychotherapist and coach to achieve a comprehensive level of service for my clients.
As a chartered psychologist, I am a practising member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). My coaching qualificatins include a certification and diploma in life coaching. I am also an NLP master practitioner.
