Jane's life as a therapist has constantly entwined with her life as a teacher/writer. Her expertise ranges from self-development, relationships, sports focus, and certain aspects of physical health.
In the same way her students are motivated, her clients enjoy better self-confidence and improved mental (and often physical) health.
Jane's passion for therapeutic hypnosis and neuro linguistic programming together with her understanding of the subconscious often facilitates a speedy recovery and improved skills for use outside of the clinical setting.
Jane believes in the strength of the individual, the power within and through her therapeutic sessions has helped many clients on their road to self-discovery and happiness.
Jane believes that the body and mind are so intrinsically linked (and often out of sync) that much of her therapy offers a combination of techniques and methodologies from differing disciplines aiding the healing of both body and mind. Years of experience with people in her professional life, from ages 4 to 84 have developed a keen sense of compassion as well as the proactive logic needed for facilitating self-improvement in others.
Jane believes in the power of the subconscious, and was selected to train with one of Australia’s leading trainers/ NLP Master Practitioner, Robb Whitewood. Her style of commitment, integrity and success is modeled on those incredibly successful trainers who have trained her.
But for all of these achievements, Jane maintains a sense of balance and shares a happy life with her husband in Victoria, Australia.
