Become a CoachNetwork Coach or Speaker Print E-mail
CoachNetwork carefully selects our Life Coaches, Business Coaches & Speakers to ensure the service to our clients always exceeds their expectations. 
 

Accredited Coach Selection Criteria

Coaches may apply to join the CoachNetwork provided they meet the following selection criteria:

  • Coach Specific Training: Either successful completion of certification requirements with an approved CoachNetwork Training Program OR 60 documented hours of Coach-Specific Training (including NLP); and
  • Client Coaching Log: Minimum of 100 hours, 75 paid hours and 8 clients; and
  • Coach References: 2 reference letters from qualified coaches.
Please note that meeting the above criteria does not guarantee selection as a CoachNetwork coach.
  

Member Coach Selection Criteria

Coaches who are building up their experience of paid coaching hours, may apply to CoachNetwork as an Associate Coach, provided they meet the following selection criteria:

  • Coach Specific Training: Either successful completion of certification requirements with an approved CoachNetwork Training Program OR 60 documented hours of Coach-Specific Training (including NLP); and
  • Coach References: 2 reference letters from qualified coaches.

CoachNetwork can work with these coaches to start building their coaching business, however it must always be clear to clients that they are not fully qualified professional coaches under the CoachNetwork standards and therefore they are restricted to charging the current Member level coaching package prices.
 

Speaker Selection Criteria

It is preferable that our speakers also meet the Coach Selection Criteria, however exceptions may be made where a Speaker is a professional speaker who has outstanding expertise relevant to their speaking topics and who also is a "good fit".  Where this situation applies, Speakers should select the "Special Consideration" option during the questionnaire part of the application process.  
Note: Speakers joining CoachNetwork under "Special Consideration" shall be listed as Speakers only and NOT as coaches.

So you're interested in becoming a CoachNetwork Coach or Speaker?  Before we continue, let’s make sure that we’re a good fit!  That is, that you are the kind of coach we’re looking for AND most importantly to you, that we can truly add value to you.
  • Are you a fantastic coach that consistently empowers your clients to transform their lives?
  • Do you have grand ideas about your website, but just don’t have the budget to implement them?
  • Do you wish your website was highly ranked when people search for coaching?
  • Is your marketing strategy limited by your marketing skills & experience and/or a tight budget?
  • Would you love to have professionally designed stationery, marketing campaigns, signage and other materials, without having to pay a graphic designer?
  • Are you interested in saving money on printing your stationary and marketing materials?
  • Would you love to minimise your administration and book-keeping tasks and just focus on what you love?
  • Have you written any books, or recorded any audio or video materials that you would love to sell online? 
  • Would you like to attract more people to your seminars and workshops?
  • Would you like to be booked for more professional speaking gigs?
  • Would you like to be able to send professional, branded and informative newsletters to your clients (and potential clients), without feeling the pressure of having to write the whole thing yourself every month?
  • Would you like access to a “toolkit” of resources, designed and tested by other coaches, for you to use and adopt with your own clients?
  • Would you like your calls answered by a receptionist who will either transfer the call to you or send you a message via SMS or email, according to your instructions?
  • Do you like the idea of running your own business, but also like to feel like you’re not alone?
  • Would you enjoy the stimulation and support of a network of peers with whom you can share coaching experiences?
  • Do you want to be part of a growing brand that is recognised and trusted for its high calibre coaches?
