There is no shortage of life coaches and business coaches...  However because the coaching industry is unregulated, anyone can call themselves a coach...  Therefore, when selecting a coach, it is important that you are confident that:

• They have the training and skills required to be a great coach
• They walk their talk.  For example, if you engage a relationship coach, you need to know that their own relationships are successful.  Or if you want to improve your financial situation, then you would want to work with a finance coach that is financially successful.  
• They are an effective coach whose clients consistently get outstanding results
• They are a good fit for you.  That is, that you trust them, feel comfortable with them and enjoy being coached by them.
